So, I started my period Tuesday. I was wise enough NOT to weigh myself around that time because I knew that I was retaining water like a pool and the scale would not be kind. i gained 2 lbs. my period is just now ending and was heavier than usual (7 days, 5 of which were pretty intense bleeding) and even though i was doing a lot of housework, i am now at 126. i am pretty sure my calorie intake is under 1000, but i should lower it to 800. especially now that i am supposed to be one of the bridemaids in my ( Read more... )
